Kumana National Park

Kumana National Park also known as the Yala East National Park. It is spreads over an area of 35664 Hectares. The Park is bordered by the Kubukkan oya in the west it is a largest fauna nesting breeding place for the migrant birds & a home to 755 species of Birds. Also there are famous mammal’s leopard’s dears. There is lot of rare species (Black necked stork, Adjutant, Eurasian). Also it is a rich biological heritage in Sri Lanka.
